This study is collecting data on different liver embolization techniques — procedures that block blood supply to liver tumors — to compare their outcomes, complications, and best uses across patients with primary or secondary liver cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have primary liver cancer (such as hepatocellular carcinoma) or cancer that has spread to the liver from elsewhere - Your cancer is not suitable for surgery or ablation, OR you are having liver embolization to prepare for major surgery - You are willing to sign informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant - You have a bleeding disorder that cannot be corrected - You have widespread cancer throughout the body beyond the liver - You have certain abnormal blood vessel connections (biliodigestive shunt) or excessive blood flow to the lungs from the liver Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
