Evaluating Combination of Nivolumab and Axatilimab in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

This study is testing a combination of two immunotherapy drugs — nivolumab (a PD-1 inhibitor) and axatilimab (which targets a different immune pathway called CSF-1R) — for patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma that has relapsed or stopped responding to prior treatments, including patients who have already received PD-1 inhibitor therapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with confirmed relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma - You have had prior treatment with a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor (e.g., nivolumab, pembrolizumab) - You had at least partial response or stable disease on at least 4 cycles of prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, or your disease progressed on it - You have at least one measurable area of disease on imaging - Your general health is reasonable (ECOG 0-2) and organ function is adequate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You had an allogeneic (donor) stem cell transplant less than 6 months ago or are still on immunosuppressive drugs - You have significant liver, blood count, or kidney problems - You have active autoimmune disease or other serious medical conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
