This study is testing tigilanol tiglate, a drug injected directly into tumors, in people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma (a cancer of connective tissue such as muscle, fat, or tendons) located on the body wall or limbs. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma on the body wall or an arm or leg - Your tumor can be reached with a needle injection (either by feel or with ultrasound guidance) - Your diagnosis has been confirmed by biopsy or pathology **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your sarcoma is located in a place that cannot be safely injected - Your cancer type is not soft tissue sarcoma - Your overall health does not meet the study's minimum requirements Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
