This study is exploring whether speech patterns can serve as a biomarker — a measurable signal — for tracking emotions, movement, and thinking ability in people with Parkinson's disease. Changes in speech may reflect changes in brain function and could eventually help monitor disease progression remotely. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 30–75 years old - You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (the most common form) - You speak German or French fluently - You may or may not have a deep brain stimulation implant **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have speech difficulties caused by something other than Parkinson's disease (e.g., stroke) - You have been diagnosed with aphasia (a language disorder) - You have another brain condition such as atypical Parkinsonism, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, or dementia - You have significant cognitive impairment (MoCA score below 24) or severe depression with suicidal thoughts Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
