This study tests a rocking bed device called the Somnomat Casa to help people with Parkinson's disease sleep better. The gentle rocking motion may improve sleep quality, which is a common problem for people with Parkinson's. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease - You have poor sleep quality (score above 5 on a standard sleep questionnaire) - Your Parkinson's and sleep medications have been stable for at least 6 weeks - You do not have deep brain stimulation on both sides - You speak German fluently **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have another brain disease (like Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, or stroke) - You have significant memory or thinking problems (dementia) - You weigh more than 150 kg (about 330 lbs) - You have active suicidal thoughts or severe uncontrolled psychiatric illness - You have poorly controlled diabetes, high blood pressure, or active cancer - You are already in another interventional study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
