This study is collecting tissue and blood samples from patients with gastrointestinal (GI) cancers to study how genetic changes relate to prognosis and treatment outcomes. It covers pancreatic, esophageal, stomach, liver, bile duct, and colorectal cancers. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 20 years old or older - You have a confirmed diagnosis of one of the following: pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric (stomach) cancer, liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma), bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma), or colorectal cancer - You are willing to provide tumor tissue samples and blood samples for research - You can sign an informed consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are unable or unwilling to provide blood samples Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
