Ending the HIV Epidemic: An All-facility Intervention for Patient and Healthcare Staff Well-being

This study is working to improve the well-being of both patients and healthcare staff at Ryan White HIV clinics — clinics that serve people living with HIV. Researchers are testing a program designed to help end the HIV epidemic by improving care delivery, reducing burnout among clinic staff, and supporting patient health outcomes. **You may be eligible if:** - You are a patient receiving care at a participating Ryan White HIV clinic, OR - You are a staff member or clinic leader at one of these clinics - Your clinic is located in the geographic area of interest and has been assessed as suitable for participation **You may NOT be eligible if:** - Your clinic is not a Ryan White-funded HIV clinic - Your clinic is not in the target geographic area - Your clinic is not interested in participating Talk to your doctor or clinic coordinator to see if this trial is right for you.
