Summary

This study aims to characterize the epidemiology of interstitial lung diseases (ILD) associated to connective tissue disease (CTD) in Mexico, and to study its correlation with the different comorbidities and treatments used, as well as the possible impacts of these factors on the outcome of progression, exacerbations, and mortality in patients with ILD associated to CTD.

Eligibility

Min Age: 18 Years

Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study collects data from patients with connective tissue diseases — such as lupus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, or inflammatory muscle diseases — who also have lung disease (interstitial lung disease, or ILD). Researchers want to build a registry to better understand how lung disease develops and progresses in these patients over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a connective tissue disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, lupus, inflammatory myopathy, Sjögren's syndrome, or mixed connective tissue disease - You have or are suspected to have interstitial lung disease (scarring or inflammation in the lungs) - You are over 18 years old - You are willing to share information about your condition **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have a confirmed or suspected connective tissue disease - You have not been diagnosed with or do not have signs of interstitial lung disease Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
