Enhancing Psychotherapy for Veterans and Service Members With PTSD and Anxiety

This study tests whether adding a specific skill-building component to standard psychotherapy improves outcomes for veterans and active service members with PTSD or anxiety disorders. The goal is to enhance existing therapy by boosting positive emotions and life satisfaction — not just reducing symptoms. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a veteran or active service member aged 18 or older - You have a current diagnosis of at least one anxiety-based disorder (PTSD, panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, or related conditions) - You report moderate-to-poor life satisfaction - You have been on a stable psychiatric medication dose for at least 4 weeks **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have a qualifying anxiety or trauma-related diagnosis - You are currently in active mental health crisis (such as active suicidal ideation) - You are not willing to be randomly assigned to a treatment condition Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
