This study examines whether routinely doing a brain MRI scan in people newly diagnosed with stage IV (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer — even when they have no brain symptoms — helps catch brain metastases early and improves treatment decisions. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with stage IV (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) - You have not yet started treatment for your stage IV disease - You have no symptoms suggesting cancer has spread to the brain - You are well enough to receive systemic cancer treatment (PS 0–2) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already started treatment for your metastatic lung cancer - Your lung cancer has a specific targetable mutation (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, RET, MET, or BRAF) for which approved targeted drugs exist - You cannot have an MRI with contrast dye Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
