A Study of Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Standard Treatment in People With Lung Cancer That Has Spread to the Brain

This study tests whether adding stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS — a highly precise form of radiation that targets individual brain tumors) to a targeted oral therapy (a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, or TKI) improves outcomes for people with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer with a confirmed EGFR mutation - You have at least one brain metastasis visible on MRI - You are either TKI-naïve or started TKI therapy no more than 3 months ago - You are able to undergo an MRI with contrast **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You cannot undergo a contrast-enhanced MRI brain scan - You have previously received radiation therapy to the brain - You started TKI therapy more than 3 months ago Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
