This study is comparing two types of sound wave therapy — low-intensity focused shockwave therapy and radial pressure wave therapy — for men with erectile dysfunction or pelvic pain. Both are non-invasive treatments that use sound waves to stimulate tissue repair. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a cisgender heterosexual adult male aged 18 or older - You have mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting or maintaining an erection) - You are in a stable relationship of more than 3 months with a willing partner - OR you have chronic pelvic pain syndrome **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have severe erectile dysfunction - You are not willing to stop erectile dysfunction medication (like Viagra) for at least 4 weeks before and during the study - You have penile implants or certain other conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
