Shanghai Non-pharmacological Intervention for Mild Cognitive Impairment and Mild Alzheimer's Disease

This study is testing non-drug therapies — such as cognitive training, music therapy, or physical exercise — for people in Shanghai with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's disease, to see if they can slow the progression of memory and thinking problems. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 60 and 90 years old - You have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's disease according to standard criteria - You have a low depression score on the Hamilton scale (≤10) - You have at least a primary school education - You are able to give your own consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cognitive decline is caused by something other than Alzheimer's (such as stroke, infection, or Parkinson's disease) - You have serious heart, liver, or kidney disease - You are currently enrolled in another intervention study - You are not capable of completing cognitive assessments Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
