This study is defining and measuring "transmural healing" in Crohn's disease — a deep level of bowel wall healing visible on MRI scans — to better understand if this type of healing correlates with better long-term outcomes than just surface-level healing (visible on colonoscopy). **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have had Crohn's disease for more than 6 months, confirmed by tissue biopsy - You are already scheduled for a bowel MRI scan (MRE) as part of your routine care - You are on any type of Crohn's treatment (biologics or immunosuppressants) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant - You have ulcerative colitis or unclassified IBD (not Crohn's disease) - You have had specific bowel surgeries (such as ileostomy or colostomy) - You are unable to give written consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
