This study is looking at whether air purifiers (HEPA filters) in the home can help lower blood pressure in people who live in Qatar and are exposed to air pollution. Researchers want to understand how indoor air quality affects heart health. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–59 years old - You are a non-smoker and have not smoked or vaped in the past year - You live in a house or apartment in Qatar - You have mildly high blood pressure (systolic 130–159 mmHg) - You also have at least 2 other metabolic risk factors (such as a large waist, high triglycerides, low good cholesterol, or elevated fasting blood sugar) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant - You live with someone who smokes indoors - You already have a HEPA filter at home - You have a history of heart disease, stroke, heart failure, or moderate-to-severe kidney disease - You are currently being treated for cancer - You have had an illness or infection in the past 4 weeks - Your blood pressure is 160/100 mmHg or higher Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
