This study is gathering long-term data on patients who had early-stage throat cancer (oropharyngeal cancer) treated with a robotic surgical technique called TORS (trans-oral robotic surgery). It aims to understand outcomes and side effects across different treatment approaches. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You had cancer in the oropharynx (tonsil, soft palate, tongue base, or oropharyngeal walls) - Your cancer was confirmed to be squamous cell carcinoma - You had early-stage cancer (pT1–T2) - You were treated with TORS (with or without additional therapy) on or before December 31, 2021 **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer was at a more advanced stage (T3–T4) - Your TORS was performed for diagnostic, recurrent, or palliative purposes only - You had a prior history of head and neck cancer or head/neck radiation Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
