The goal of this observational study is to learn how well the Oxford Visual Perception Screening (OxVPS) tool can identify stroke survivors with visual perception difficulties. The main aim is to determine the accuracy and utility of the OxVPS compared to the current gold standard assessment in stroke survivors. In other words, how well can the Oxford Visual Perception Screening tool (OxVPS) identify stroke patients with visual perception problems? Participants will completed the OxVPS and the current gold standards visual perception screening tool.

This study is examining vision and visual perception problems that occur after stroke, to better understand how common these problems are and how they affect patients in the early stages of recovery. **You may be eligible if:** - You have been clinically diagnosed with a stroke (either a blockage or a bleed in the brain) - You are within 6 weeks of your stroke - You can understand basic English instructions - You are able to concentrate for at least 15 minutes - You have the capacity to give consent to participate **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You do not understand English well enough to follow simple instructions - You are unable to concentrate for 15 minutes - You cannot provide informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
