Gamma-Music Based Intervention for Mild Alzheimer's Disease

This study is testing a combination of gamma frequency sensory stimulation (flickering light and sound at 40 Hz) paired with music to see whether it can slow cognitive decline in people with mild Alzheimer's disease. This non-drug brain stimulation approach aims to strengthen brain rhythms associated with memory and attention. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 55–90 years old - You have a diagnosis of mild Alzheimer's disease with memory problems - Your MMSE score is between 20 and 24 (mild impairment range) - You test positive for amyloid (a key Alzheimer's protein) on a blood test - You have a study partner who spends time with you regularly - You are medically stable and on stable doses of any memory medications for at least 3 months **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have had a stroke, or have significant vascular contributions to your memory problems - You have severe depression, substance abuse, or significant psychiatric history - You have hearing loss that cannot be corrected - You have any reason you cannot have an MRI scan Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
