Alpha Radiation Emitters Device for the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Emitters for the Treatment of Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

This study is testing a device called DaRT (Diffusing Alpha-emitters Radiation Therapy), which delivers targeted radiation from inside the tumor using radioactive seeds implanted directly into the pancreatic cancer. This is for patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be surgically removed or whose cancer persisted after chemotherapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with locally advanced pancreatic cancer confirmed by biopsy - You have already received at least one chemotherapy regimen, or you are medically unable to continue chemotherapy, and surgery is not an option or you refuse surgery - Your tumor is 5 cm or smaller - Your blood counts and organ function meet the minimum requirements **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You received chemotherapy or immunotherapy in the past 4 weeks - You have previously had radiation to your pancreas - You are fit for and willing to have exploratory surgery - You have serious heart disease or uncontrolled infections - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
