Advanced Diffusion Imaging in Renal Cancer Patients

This study tests advanced MRI imaging techniques to better characterize kidney masses before surgery. The goal is to improve doctors' ability to tell whether a kidney tumor is cancerous and how aggressive it is, potentially reducing unnecessary surgeries. **You may be eligible if:** - You are between 21 and 85 years old - You have a kidney mass (growth) and are scheduled for laparoscopic partial kidney removal - Your kidney function is adequate (eGFR above 30) - You are willing and able to give consent **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have metal or dental implants that are unsafe in a 3 Tesla MRI scanner - You are pregnant - You experience acute claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
