Administration of Anti Tim-3/CD123 CAR-T Cell Therapy in Relapsed and Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (rr/AML)

This trial is testing a new type of cell therapy called CAR-T cells — immune cells engineered in the lab to target leukemia — in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 18–70 years old - You have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) - You have recovered from side effects of previous treatment - Your heart, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges - You have a good performance status (ECOG score 2 or less) **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have acute promyelocytic leukemia (a specific subtype) - You have a history of central nervous system (brain/spinal cord) cancer - You have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis - You have had a heart attack, heart stenting, or significant heart failure within the past year - You have had a prior organ transplant - You have an active uncontrolled infection - You have serious mental illness or a history of alcohol or substance abuse Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
