This study is following patients who have bladder cancer that has not grown into the bladder muscle wall, and who are having surgery to remove the cancer with a scope (without open surgery). Researchers are tracking whether the cancer comes back and how patients' quality of life changes over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years old or older - You have been diagnosed with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (cancer limited to the inner lining of the bladder) - You are scheduled for endoscopic (scope-based) surgery to remove the cancer - You are able to read and sign a consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You are unable to read or sign a consent form Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
