This study is testing sintilimab (an immunotherapy drug) as a treatment taken after surgery for esophageal squamous cell cancer that had spread to nearby lymph nodes, to see if it helps prevent the cancer from coming back. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with thoracic esophageal squamous cell cancer with lymph node involvement (stage T1–T3 N+ M0) - You have had complete surgical removal of your esophageal cancer within the past 4–12 weeks - You are confirmed cancer-free by scans taken after surgery - Your general health is good (ECOG 0–1) and your blood counts and organ function meet study thresholds **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have any remaining cancer after surgery - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - Your organ function (kidneys, liver) does not meet the required levels Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
