This study (ENTRUST) tests whether providing economic support and navigation services can help transgender women access and consistently use PrEP (a daily pill that prevents HIV infection). **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You were assigned male at birth and identify as a woman or transgender woman - You are not consistently taking PrEP (fewer than 4 doses per week) - You do not have a known allergy or reaction to PrEP medications - You can understand spoken English or Spanish - You have a smartphone that can take photos **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are participating in an HIV vaccine trial - You have a life-threatening substance use disorder - You have a medical condition that prevents safe use of PrEP - You are unwilling to follow the study procedures Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
