Women Focused Encounters for Resilience Independence Strength and Eudaimonia

This trial is testing a women-focused group wellness program called WISE (Women Focused Encounters for Resilience Independence Strength and Eudaimonia) for women living with HIV who also struggle with substance use, medication adherence, or interpersonal violence. The program combines low-intensity exercise with support groups to improve health and resilience. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a cisgender woman (female sex at birth) - You are HIV-positive - You have been missing HIV medication doses, have a detectable viral load, or are using substances (alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs) - You have experienced interpersonal violence - You are able to participate in a low-intensity exercise program - You can read and understand English - You have received at least 2 COVID-19 vaccine doses, or are willing to wear a mask **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are unwilling to have video recorded sessions - You are enrolled in hospice care - You are not willing to agree to the study group participation guidelines Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
