Etablishment of Follow-up System and End-Stage Heart Registration Platform for Pediatric Heart Failure

This study is setting up a registry and long-term follow-up system for children with severe, hard-to-treat heart failure. Refractory heart failure in children means the heart is not pumping well enough despite standard medications and treatments.
