A Trial of Cadonilimab With Adriamycin in Patients With Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma

This study is testing whether combining an immunotherapy drug (cadonilimab) with a chemotherapy drug (adriamycin/doxorubicin) can help treat advanced soft tissue sarcoma (a type of cancer in muscles, fat, or connective tissue) that has stopped responding to prior therapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You have a confirmed diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma - Your cancer has progressed and is not responding to prior treatment - You have measurable tumors visible on imaging - You have adequate organ function **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have specific subtypes of sarcoma excluded from this study (such as alveolar/embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, clear cell sarcoma, or well-differentiated liposarcoma) - You have active autoimmune disease - You have received prior treatment with an anthracycline (like adriamycin) at a high cumulative dose - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
