This study is testing breast cancer screening methods for people on hormone therapy (such as transgender and gender-diverse individuals). Researchers want to find the best way to detect breast cancer early in this group. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 40–75 years old (or 30–39 with a close family member who had breast cancer) - You are a male who has been on estrogen or progesterone therapy for at least 9 months - You are a female who has taken testosterone therapy and have not had a complete breast removal - You can read and write in English **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are a female who has had or plans to have a complete mastectomy - You are a post-menopausal woman currently on estrogen therapy - You have a personal history of breast cancer - You carry a high-risk gene mutation (like BRCA1 or BRCA2) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
