Characterization of Biophysical and Mechanical Parameters on Skin of Breast Cancer Patients

This study is measuring changes in the skin and tissues in breast cancer patients who are receiving hormone therapy (tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors) or chemotherapy (paclitaxel), with or without radiation. Researchers want to understand how these treatments affect the physical properties of the skin — such as firmness and moisture — using specialized imaging tools. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 40 and 70 years old - You are currently receiving tamoxifen, an aromatase inhibitor, or paclitaxel as part of adjuvant (post-surgery) breast cancer treatment - If on hormone therapy, you have been off chemotherapy for at least 30 days **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a known chronic skin condition such as psoriasis, lupus, or atopic dermatitis that predates your treatment - You are unable to understand the study information or give consent - You are unable to complete the required tests and visits Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
