Adebrelimab ±Induction Chemotherapy Followed by Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Unresectable Locally Advanced ESCC

This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug called adebrelimab — either alone or with induction (lead-in) chemotherapy before standard concurrent chemoradiotherapy — can improve survival for patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell cancer that cannot be surgically removed. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 70 years old - You have been diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma at a locally advanced stage (AJCC Stage II–IVA) and are not having or refusing surgery - You have not received any prior systemic or radiation treatment for this cancer - You are in good overall health (ECOG 0–1) and expected to live at least 3 months - Your major organ functions are adequate - If able to have children, you agree to use contraception **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have previously been treated for esophageal cancer - You have active autoimmune disease or are on immunosuppressive therapy - You have serious heart, liver, kidney, lung, or blood problems - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
