A Pilot Study on the Effect of Cannabis Oil in Untreatable Liver Cancer Patients

This pilot study is testing cannabis oil in people with advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) who cannot receive or have declined standard treatments. The goal is to see whether cannabis oil is safe, tolerable, and has any effect on quality of life or tumor progression in this specific group. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) - Your liver is either not cirrhotic, or has mild cirrhosis (Child Pugh A) - Your brain function is normal or near-normal (hepatic encephalopathy grade 0 or 1) - Your cancer has been assessed by a multidisciplinary team as suitable only for best supportive care (no other treatments available or chosen) - Your estimated life expectancy is at least 3 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have moderate-to-severe cirrhosis (Child Pugh B or C) - You have significant mental confusion caused by liver disease (encephalopathy grade 2 or above) - You are unwilling or unable to attend follow-up appointments Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
