This pilot study develops and tests a support program specifically for Black men newly diagnosed with prostate cancer in Florida. It aims to address health disparities by offering culturally informed resources and guidance at the point of diagnosis. **You may be eligible if...** - You identify as African American or Black - You are a male aged 30–80 - You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer in Florida, or recently had an abnormal PSA blood test or prostate exam - You are willing to participate in the program **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not identify as an African American/Black male - You are over 80 years old - You have not had prostate cancer or an abnormal screening test in the qualifying timeframe - You are unwilling to consent to participation Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
