Summary

This is the prospective, observational cohort study (Radiogenomics-Liver), which aims to explore the relationship between the imaging information of liver cancer patients, tumor microenvironment and the prognosis of liver cancer patients.

Eligibility

Min Age: 18 Years

Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study explores how imaging scans (CT and MRI) relate to the genetic and biological makeup of liver cancers. By combining imaging patterns with tumor biology, researchers hope to find better ways to predict treatment outcomes for liver cancer patients. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 and being treated for liver cancer at Wuhan Union Hospital (August 2024–August 2027) - You have had at least one CT or MRI scan before treatment - Your liver cancer has been confirmed by tissue biopsy **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your scan images are poor quality - Your clinical records are incomplete - You have another primary cancer in addition to liver cancer - Your pathological diagnosis is unclear Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
