This study is tracking levels of a hormone called kisspeptin throughout pregnancy in women who have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), to better understand how PCOS affects hormone changes during pregnancy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–40 years old - You have been diagnosed with PCOS (meeting Rotterdam criteria: at least 2 of the 3 signs — irregular periods, high androgen levels, or polycystic ovaries) - You are newly pregnant and registering for prenatal care **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have other conditions that cause irregular periods or high androgen levels (other than PCOS) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
