Sensory Synchronized Imaging and Neuromodulation

This study is exploring new brain imaging and brain stimulation techniques for military veterans. It combines advanced brain scanning (MRI-based imaging) with non-invasive brain stimulation to better understand and potentially treat brain-related conditions common in veterans, such as those linked to trauma or neurological changes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a military veteran - You are 18 years of age or older - You speak English **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have metal implants in your body that are incompatible with MRI (such as a pacemaker or certain metal clips) - You have a history of head trauma with loss of consciousness - You have a history of seizures or take medications that lower the seizure threshold - You have an active neurological disease or an uncontrolled medical condition - You have an active substance abuse problem - You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
