This study uses a special imaging scan called a FAPI PET/CT to check whether lymph nodes under the arm still contain cancer cells after chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer — helping doctors decide whether those nodes need to be removed during surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes under the arm - You have completed at least 3 rounds of chemotherapy (neoadjuvant therapy) before planned surgery - Your general health is good enough to function day-to-day **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (distant metastasis) - You are unable to complete the planned chemotherapy - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
