This study tests two immune-boosting drugs (AK104 and AK112) in combination — sometimes alongside chemotherapy — for women with high-grade ovarian cancer that has come back after platinum-based chemotherapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older with high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer - Your cancer has returned after platinum-based treatment - You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging - Your organ function is adequate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer has spread to the brain - You have an active autoimmune disease or have had an organ transplant - You have active hepatitis B or C, or HIV - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have received prior immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitor) treatment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
