Bortezomib Combined with PD-1 MAb and MFOLFIRINOX for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

This study tests a combination of three treatments — bortezomib (a drug that disrupts cancer cell function), an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor), and a chemotherapy combination called mFOLFIRINOX — for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer. It is testing this as either a first-line or second-line treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (the most common type of pancreatic cancer) that has spread to other organs - You have either never received systemic treatment, OR your cancer progressed after first-line gemcitabine-based chemotherapy - Your ECOG performance status is 0 or 1 (able to carry out normal daily activities) - Your kidney, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have participated in another trial within the past 4 weeks - You have autoimmune disease or are taking corticosteroids for a medical condition - You have had prior treatment with this specific drug combination - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
