This study tests whether a blood test that detects tiny fragments of tumor DNA — called circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) — can track whether cancer is still present after surgery. This approach, called minimal residual disease (MRD) testing, could help doctors decide whether additional treatment is needed. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have been diagnosed with a solid tumor cancer (specific types or those meeting broad eligibility) - You are planning to have surgery with the goal of curing your cancer - You enrolled within 3 months of surgery and before starting any additional treatments like chemotherapy - You are otherwise in good health and able to complete study procedures including blood draws and providing tumor tissue **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already received systemic therapy (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.) for your current cancer - You are unable to cooperate with required procedures Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
