In Vitro Maturation of Human Eggs

This study is testing an egg maturation technique called in vitro maturation (IVM) as an alternative to standard IVF for certain women. IVM collects immature eggs and matures them in the lab, which can reduce the need for high doses of hormone injections. This may be safer for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), who are at higher risk of ovarian hyperstimulation. The study also includes genetic testing (PGT) of embryos. **You may be eligible if...** - You are struggling to conceive and have been diagnosed with PCOS or polycystic ovaries - You have a high ovarian reserve (antral follicle count above 24, and AMH above 3.5 ng/ml) - Your BMI is under 35 - You agree to have embryos genetically tested (PGT) - You plan to do an embryo transfer within 4 months after the IVM cycle - Your partner or donor has adequate sperm quality (morphology above 1%, motility above 20%, count above 10 million/ml) - Sperm donor/partner is under 45 years old **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had more than 2 failed IVF cycles Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
