This study is testing a new type of cancer treatment called universal CAR-T cells (REVO-UWD-01) — specially engineered immune cells designed to attack a protein called GCC found on colorectal cancer cells — in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the colon). **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–75 years old with confirmed metastatic colorectal cancer - A lab test shows your tumor expresses the GCC protein - Your cancer has progressed after at least one standard treatment - You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging - Your organ function is adequate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tumor does not express the GCC protein - You have not tried standard treatments first - You have active brain metastases - You have serious organ problems or another active cancer Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
