This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug called tislelizumab to chemotherapy — before and after surgery — improves outcomes for people with a specific type of lung cancer (non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, stage II–IIIB) that carries a KRAS gene mutation. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with confirmed stage II–IIIB non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer - Your tumor has a KRAS gene mutation - Your cancer is considered surgically removable with a goal of complete removal - You have not previously received treatment for this lung cancer - You are fit enough for platinum-based chemotherapy **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation for your lung cancer - Your cancer has spread and cannot be surgically removed - You have active autoimmune disease or are on immunosuppressant medications Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
