Plain Language Summary
Simplified for easier understanding
This study is collecting tumor samples and blood from people with thoracic cancers (lung cancer and related chest cancers) across different disease stages and treatment points. By tracking how the cancer's genetic makeup changes over time and in response to therapy, researchers aim to better understand how tumors evolve and develop resistance to treatment.
**You may be eligible if...**

- You are willing to be followed up every 3–6 months and have samples collected at a participating site
**You may NOT be eligible if...**
