TRAcking Thoracic Cancer Evolution Through Therapy (Rx) EVO

This study is collecting tumor samples and blood from people with thoracic cancers (lung cancer and related chest cancers) across different disease stages and treatment points. By tracking how the cancer's genetic makeup changes over time and in response to therapy, researchers aim to better understand how tumors evolve and develop resistance to treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have early-stage non-small cell lung cancer and are eligible for surgery (Cohort A), OR advanced/metastatic lung cancer undergoing treatment (Cohort B), OR small cell lung cancer or pleural mesothelioma (Cohort C) - You are fit enough to receive standard cancer treatment - You are willing to be followed up every 3–6 months and have samples collected at a participating site **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have another active cancer that is currently being treated Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
