Ultrasound-guided Thermal Ablation for Benign Thyroid Nodules

This study is collecting outcomes data on patients who have had ultrasound-guided thermal ablation (a minimally invasive heat-based procedure) to treat benign (non-cancerous) thyroid nodules. This procedure destroys the nodule using heat delivered through a needle, avoiding the need for surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - Your thyroid nodule has been confirmed as benign (non-cancerous) on two separate biopsies - Ultrasound does not show any suspicious features suggesting cancer - You have cosmetic concerns, symptoms, or a rapidly growing nodule - You declined surgery or are not eligible for it - You have been followed up for at least 12 months after the procedure **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your biopsy showed a suspicious or cancerous finding - Ultrasound suggests possible cancer even with a benign biopsy result - You have paralysis of the vocal cord on the opposite side from the nodule - You have had radiation to your head or neck previously - You have less than 12 months of follow-up data Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
