This study is building a long-term database of patients with thyroid conditions — including underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism), overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), benign thyroid nodules, and thyroid cancer — to compare different approaches to diagnosis and treatment over time. The goal is to identify which strategies lead to the best outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years of age - You have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition (any of the types listed above) - Your diagnosis was made at the participating center or another center since 1995, or you are newly diagnosed going forward - You are able and willing to provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have been followed for less than 3 months - Your medical records are incomplete in a way that prevents accurate assessment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
