This study is analyzing proteins in tiny particles called exosomes (released by cells into tears and blood) to find new biological markers for Sjogren's syndrome (an autoimmune disease) and dry eye syndrome, which could improve diagnosis and understanding of these conditions. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 20 and 75 years old - For dry eye: you have a low tear production score (Schirmer's test less than 10 mm/5 min) - For Sjogren's syndrome: you have a confirmed primary or secondary Sjogren's diagnosis using the 2002 international criteria, and normal immune, liver, kidney, and blood function **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant - You have active eye inflammation or an infectious eye disease - You have recently had eye surgery - For Sjogren's group: you have a history of alcohol abuse, or significant immune, liver, or kidney abnormalities Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
