Validating the On-line Creyos Cognitive Assessment Platform in Older Adults With Major Depressive Disorder or Mild Cognitive Impairment

This study is testing whether an online computer-based cognitive (thinking and memory) test called Creyos can accurately measure mental performance in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or a history of depression. The goal is to validate this tool as a convenient, at-home alternative to in-person testing. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 60 or older (65+ for the depression group) - You can read and communicate in English - You have a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) OR a history of at least one major depressive episode - You have a regular contact person (friend or family) available as a study partner **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a lifetime diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or OCD - You have a substance use disorder in the past 12 months - You are at high risk for suicide - You have significant neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, seizure disorder) - You currently have active depressive symptoms (MADRS score of 10 or above) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
