ChAracterization of Patients and Treatment OUtcomes in Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation

This registry study collects data from patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation — a heart valve problem where the tricuspid valve leaks blood backwards — who are being treated with a minimally invasive (catheter-based) procedure instead of open-heart surgery. The goal is to understand real-world outcomes of this approach. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with tricuspid regurgitation - You have been approved for a catheter-based (transcatheter) tricuspid valve procedure - You are willing to be entered into the registry **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tricuspid regurgitation requires open-heart surgery - You also have a left-sided heart valve problem that requires surgery - You have multi-vessel coronary artery disease requiring bypass surgery - You do not consent to being in the registry Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
