This study looks at the best surgical approaches for removing ovarian cysts in children and teenagers while preserving as much healthy ovarian tissue as possible. **You may be eligible if:** - You are between 1 year old and 18 years old - You have a simple ovarian cyst that is 4 cm or larger - The cyst is causing symptoms (such as pain), or it has grown or persisted over time - A parent or legal guardian provides consent for participation **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You are a newborn (under 12 months old) - You are over 18 years old - The cyst is complex (has solid parts, like a teratoma, or is suspected to be cancerous) - You have a condition that makes cyst removal surgery unsafe (e.g., a severe blood clotting disorder) - The cyst is not on the ovary itself (e.g., it is near the fallopian tube) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
