Comparing Closed Face Masks vs Surface Guided Radiation Therapy for Head and Neck Radiotherapy

This study is comparing two ways to keep patients still during head and neck radiation therapy: a traditional plastic face mask that fits tightly over the face, versus a newer technology called surface-guided radiation therapy (SGRT) that uses cameras and sensors instead of a mask. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years old or older - You need radiation therapy for a head or neck condition (any tumor type) - You are in reasonably good health (Karnofsky score of 70 or above) - You are willing to attend all scheduled visits and follow study procedures **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have previously received radiation therapy to the head or neck area - You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial - You have a known problem with alcohol or drug use that may affect compliance - You are unable to follow study instructions due to language or other barriers Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
